As a small, relatively new PR company I found myself working mostly as a copywriter - writing text for web sites, doing brochures, newsletters, and a few press releases.

An office services and internet retail business was not generating enough cash to service the owner's personal debts, let alone the business loan and overdraft. But sales were steadily improving and there was scope for margin growth.
